The Bill (Reg. No.4239) coordinates the effective Law with the Land Code and the Law "On the Nature-Reserve Fund of Ukraine".

Pursuant to the Bill, "the nature-reserve fund of Ukraine includes wildlife preservations, biosphere reserves, national natural parks, regional landscape parks, preserves, monuments of nature, botanic gardens, dendrologic parks, zoological gardens, parks-monuments of landscape art".
